Purchases, ads and iCloud

Purchases and ads are available in supported versions and regions. In-app purchases are offered in Japan; check availability and prices on the purchase screen. Regular play and free tools work offline. Delivering and spending tickets requires iCloud and a connection.

Start in the app

How to Play includes a separate practice board for selecting and clearing blocks. Illustrated guides explain tools, bonuses and tickets.

Your board is saved during play. Choose Continue on Home to return to it.

How many tool uses are included?

Each new game includes one free use of Clear One and one of Swap. One ticket adds one extra use of either tool. Each tool is limited to one extra use per game, for two uses in total. Earn tickets through an optional rewarded ad or purchase a ticket pack when offered.

Only a confirmed valid action spends a use or ticket. Cancelling spends nothing. Tools add no block points, but fewer remaining blocks can increase the final bonus.

A ticket or purchase is missing

For an existing ad-free purchase, open Settings → Restore the ad-free purchase. This checks the entitlement and does not return spent tickets.

Choose Settings → Check pending purchases, then review your balance and receipt/use history. A pending purchase is delivered only after it completes. Retrieving products, checking purchases and restoring an entitlement communicate with Apple; the checks alone do not create a new charge.

For a ticket balance, open Settings → iCloud and tickets and sync using the same iCloud account. If the balance is unknown, keep the app and its iCloud data and contact support. Completed purchase history alone does not recreate spent tickets.

TestFlight testing

In TestFlight, use the normal Home → Shop purchase screen. Purchases use Apple Sandbox and do not create real charges. Ads use Google official test ads. TestFlight ticket balances are separate from App Store production balances.

For recovery checks, use the same iCloud account and TestFlight version on both devices and check the balance in the normal Shop. Tickets from older dedicated testing areas do not transfer.

Recovering with iCloud

Use Settings → iCloud and tickets to sync your balance and history with the device’s iCloud account. Open the same version on another device signed into the same iCloud account, then sync there. No app-specific login is needed. Boards and personal records stay on each device; older device-only tickets do not automatically migrate.

iCloud and a connection are required for purchase delivery, ticket spending, rewarded-ticket delivery and balance recovery. Regular play and free tools work offline. The Apple purchase account and iCloud storage account may be different.

If iCloud is unavailable, storage is full or records cannot be confirmed, delivery and spending pause. An unknown balance is not displayed as zero. Keep the data and try syncing again after the issue is resolved.
