TrashNow Paid Plan Terms of Service

Language: This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any conflict with the Japanese Terms of Service, the Japanese text prevails.

These Terms of Service apply when using the paid subscription plan “TrashNow Pro” for TrashNow (Japanese name: ゴミなう, the “App”). Please read them before purchasing.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to purchases and use of the paid plan in the App, including billing, restoration, and cancellation. General use of the App is covered separately by the App's general terms or Privacy Policy.

2. Paid plan

  • Plan name: TrashNow Pro
  • Features: Removal of ads and other paid-plan features
  • Price:
  • Monthly plan: ¥100/month including tax
  • Annual plan: ¥1,000/year including tax

Prices may be shown in local currency depending on App Store or Google Play region settings. Actual billing follows the price set by Apple or Google.

3. Payment and billing

  • Paid plan purchases and payments are processed through the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
  • Payments are made to Apple or Google, and the developer receives the amount after platform fees.
  • Billing is handled as an auto-renewing subscription according to the selected plan. Unless cancelled before the end of the current period, the same plan automatically renews.

4. Auto-renewal and cancellation

  • Auto-renewal: The paid plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation:
  • iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select the App subscription, and cancel it.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Subscriptions and manage or cancel the App subscription.
  • After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. After that, the plan returns to the free plan.

5. Refunds

  • Because the paid plan is digital content and a subscription, we do not process refunds directly.
  • If you want to request a refund or billing cancellation, please contact Apple or Google through the applicable store. Refunds may be handled according to each platform's policy.
  • Apple: Report a Problem
  • Google Play: A refund request may be available from order history for the relevant purchase.

6. Restoring purchases

  • After changing devices or reinstalling the App, you can restore the paid plan by using the same Apple ID or Google Account and running restore purchases.
  • Use the restore purchases function from the App settings or related screen. Restoration is based on Apple or Google billing systems.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Transfer, lend, or sell account or purchase status to a third party
  • Abuse billing through disassembly, decompilation, or similar conduct
  • Violate these Terms or store terms

8. Changes or termination

  • We may change the content, price, or scope of the paid plan without prior notice. If fees or important content change, we will provide notice in a reasonable way.
  • If the App or paid plan is terminated, paid features remain available until the end of the purchased period. No refunds are provided due to termination.

9. Disclaimer

  • The App and paid plan are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Billing or restoration issues may be caused by Apple or Google systems. In such cases, please use the relevant platform support.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page or another public location such as GitHub Pages. For important changes, we will try to provide notice in the App or on the web. Continued use of the paid plan after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our principal office as the court of first instance.
